We welcome the boys and girls of Johnswell National School and their families to the celebration of First Holy Communion at 10.00am Mass in the Church of St. John the Baptist, Johnswell at 10.00am on Sunday, 11th May 2025.  We congratulate all involved and pray God's blessing upon them.

Our annual Parish Remembrance Mass will be held at St. John’s Church at 7.30pm on Friday, 14th November when we will call to mind in prayer those who have died since this time last year. Please inform relatives and friends.  Mass will also be available on stjohnskilkenny.com.

Bishop Ger Nash invites all to St. Mary's Cathedral for the annual Mass of Chrism. The sacred oils for use in the diocese will be blessed and the priests will renew their vows. All are welcome.
